The Academic Village is a multifaceted educational, athletic, and community-serving site located on 77-acres in Pembroke Pines, Florida.

The Acadmic Village is named because it is home to the Pines Charter High School, Broward Community College Pines Center, Florida International University satellite campus, Broward County Southwest Regional library, and the River of Grass Arts Park theater.

Location

We are located two miles west of I-75 in the Jeffersonian-styled Academic Village. We are within half an hour driving distance of both Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International and Miami Internationl airport.

Facility

Our heated, Olympic-size pool measures 50 meters x 25 yards long and provides year-round training availability to our athletes. We have a ten-line scoreboard and timing equipment by Colorado Systems®.
